West Vancouver remains the most expensive, averaging $2,864 for one-bedroom units, while North Vancouver follows at $2,609. Vancouver's average is $2,460, with Richmond and Burnaby at $2,305 and $2,230, respectively. Surrey offers the most affordable options, with one-bedroom units averaging $1,906. Downtown Vancouver is the priciest neighborhood, averaging $2,764 for one-bedroom rentals.
